Understanding the Optional Puppy for a Lifetime Program

This optional program has separate qualification requirements. It provides store credit equal to the original puppy purchase price toward another puppy after your pet's passing, subject to the program terms and a letter from an accredited veterinarian. The credit applies to another puppy. It does not cover medication, surgery, or related veterinary bills.

Participation requires feeding the specified food, vitamins, and an additional supplement for life, with qualifying purchases from the original store every 90 days.
